FSI MERCHANT SERVICES, LLC RELOCATES HEADQUARTERS TO CLARK, NJ
Clark, NJ, June 18, 2014 . . . FSI Merchant Services, LLC, a provider of customized electronic payment solutions for financial institutions and their customers, announced that it has relocated its corporate offices to Clark, NJ in response to projected growth and synergistic opportunities.The new headquarters, which will also be occupied by On The Mark Communications, are housed in a completely renovated 6,000-square-foot office building purchased earlier this year by OTM Holdings, a real estate holding entity collectively held by each company’s respective principals.
In addition to meeting growth projections, the company’s move to new corporate offices is an important and deliberate step toward realizing greater market position, and capitalizing on meaningful opportunities shared with On The Mark Communications, a full-service and award-winning marketing firm formed in 2000 and serving a variety of industries including financial institutions, retailers and non-profits.
The relocation also marks several key executive promotions, which are reflective of the company’s commitment to build and maintain a strong and dynamic management team. R.J. Spigai has been promoted to President. Fred Persaud has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and Blaze Wenderdaum has been promoted to Vice President, Institutional Business Development.
